Speech is transcribed word by word, then every possible clip is scored on four things: hook, pacing, value and shareability. Clips keep a complete story (setup → explanation → payoff) and start and end on natural pauses. On screen recordings the camera reacts to typing, clicks and pop-ups and moves smoothly instead of jumping.
