Questions people ask before buying
What is a “minute” and how fast do I use them?
Every plan gives you one pool of minutes per month, shared by all tools. Making clips, dubbing or cleaning audio uses 1 minute per minute of video you upload. A voiced tutorial uses 4 minutes per minute of finished tutorial. Re-cutting a video you already uploaded in a new style uses only 0.25 minutes per minute.
Do my unused minutes carry over?
No. Minutes renew every month and don't carry over, so pick the plan that fits a normal month. We email you when you've used 80% of them and again at 100%.
What happens to my minutes if a job fails?
You get them back. If a job fails or you cancel it, the minutes it was holding return to your balance.
How long can my videos be?
Free: uploads up to 15 min (250 MB), tutorials up to 2 min. Starter: up to 60 min (2 GB), tutorials up to 5 min. Pro: up to 2 hours (4 GB), tutorials up to 10 min. Agency: up to 3 hours (8 GB), tutorials up to 60 min.
Can I try voiced tutorials on the Free plan?
Yes. Free includes tutorials up to 2 minutes long (a 2-minute tutorial uses 8 of your 60 minutes), with a small watermark in the corner.
Do downloads and small fixes cost extra minutes?
No. Downloading the written guide, the Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve timeline or subtitle files, fixing caption text, and redoing a single tutorial step cost 0 minutes.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from the billing settings in your account. No emails, no calls. Your account then goes back to the Free plan.
